There aren’t any foods that can actually make you lose weight. Only your increasing your metabolism by lowering your caloric intake and building muscle can help you do that. But there are some foods that can contribute…
But yes, it’s true that there are certain foods that contribute more to weight loss. The key is to not have that many of them. We’re talking about things like grapefruits, Acai, and broccoli. Those three superfoods can make you feel more full and therefore you’re going to take in less calories. Another powerful concept is that of probiotics, which can eliminate candida and therefore give you less cravings by killing the bad bacteria that are demanding you eat sugar. So let’s start there. In a second, we’ll go into the 3 superfruits but for now, But Lets start with probiotics.
Do probiotics burn fat?
Probiotics themselves are not actually fat burners. They do, however, eliminate candida yeast, which is a main factor for overeating and sugar cravings. Eat a few grapefruits a week, or even a 1/2 a day and you’ll start to notice a huge improvement in weightloss.
Or, you can combine this superfruit with anything you want, or even juice it to make this citrus fruit a wonderful snack and a part of your daily diet.
Fat Burning food #2: Acai
Acai (pronounced Ah-sigh-EE) is a superfruit that comes from the Amazon Jungle. It actually can’t be fresh for more than 12 hours, so you won’t have any fresh Acai outside of a 12 hour drive, mostly from Brazil. But the guys at Sambazon made it possible for the world to enjoy frozen/ freeze dried Acai because they put a factory right near the main processing plants and harvesting fields.
